Definitions

• "User" or "You": Any person who downloads, installs, or uses our Apps
• "Content": Any text, images, videos, audio, or other material generated, uploaded, or displayed through our Apps
• "Service": The functionality and features provided by our Apps
• "Subscription": A paid plan that grants access to premium features

License Grant

Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use our Apps for personal, non-commercial purposes.

You may not:

• Copy, modify, or distribute our Apps
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble our Apps
• Remove any copyright or proprietary notices
• Use our Apps for any illegal purpose
• Sublicense, sell, or transfer your rights to any third party

User Accounts and Data

• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your device and any data stored on it
• We recommend not jailbreaking or rooting your device, as this may compromise security and app functionality
• You are responsible for any activity that occurs through your use of our Apps

Subscriptions and Payments

Acceptable Use

You agree not to use our Apps to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringe on the rights of others
• Upload or generate illegal, harmful, or offensive content
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service
• Use automated systems to access the Service without permission

Disclaimer of Warranties

Our Apps are provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and accuracy or reliability of results.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, EOS Labs shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
• Loss of profits, data, or goodwill
• Service interruption or device damage
• Any damages exceeding the amount you paid to us in the past 12 months

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Turkey, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Photo and Video Access

• Cleaner Suite requires access to your photo library to identify similar and duplicate media
• All analysis is performed locally on your device
• We do not upload, transmit, or store your photos or videos
• You maintain full control and ownership of your media at all times

Contacts Access

• If you grant contacts access, the app can identify duplicate and incomplete contacts
• Contact data is processed locally on your device
• We do not upload or store your contacts on our servers

Gmail Integration

• Email Cleaner feature requires authorization to access your Gmail account
• You can revoke access at any time through your Google Account settings
• We process emails to help you identify unwanted messages
• We do not read, store, or share the content of your emails

Secret Space

• Secret Space provides encrypted local storage for sensitive media
• Encryption keys are stored in your device's Keychain
• We have no ability to access or recover Secret Space content
• If you forget your passcode, the content cannot be recovered

Deletion Actions

• Deleted media is moved to your device's "Recently Deleted" folder
• Permanently deleted items cannot be recovered by us
• You are solely responsible for reviewing items before deletion

AI-Generated Content

• INKY uses artificial intelligence to generate manga content
• Generated content is created based on your prompts and character images
• We do not guarantee specific results or outcomes
• Generated content may vary each time

Character Images

• You may upload photos to create characters for manga generation
• By uploading images, you confirm you have the right to use them
• Do not upload images of minors or individuals without their consent
• Uploaded images are processed by our AI systems and stored temporarily

Content Ownership

Token System

• Tokens are required to generate manga content
• Token purchases are non-refundable except where required by law
• Unused tokens do not expire while your account is active
• Tokens are tied to your device/iCloud account and cannot be transferred

Prohibited Content

You may not use INKY to generate:

• Content depicting minors in inappropriate situations
• Explicit sexual content involving real people
• Hate speech or discriminatory content
• Content that infringes on copyrights or trademarks
• Content promoting violence or illegal activities
• Deepfakes or misleading content intended to deceive

We reserve the right to refuse to process requests that violate these terms, terminate accounts that repeatedly violate our policies, and report illegal content to appropriate authorities.
