Log Data

When you use our Services, in case of an error, we collect data and information (through third-party products) called Log Data. This may include your device IP address, device name, operating system version, app configuration, time and date of use, and other statistics.

We value your trust and strive to use commercially acceptable means of protecting your information. However, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Children's Privacy

Our Services are not intended for anyone under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13. If we discover that a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, we will delete it immediately. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has provided us with personal information, please contact us at support@eoslabs.co.

Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as you use our applications and for a reasonable period thereafter. To request deletion of your data, contact us at support@eoslabs.co.

Changes

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date. We encourage you to review this policy periodically.

Photo Library Access

• We access your photo library locally on your device to identify similar and duplicate media
• Photos and videos are analyzed using perceptual hashing algorithms entirely on-device
• We never upload, transmit, or store your photos or videos on our servers

Contacts Access

• We access your contacts locally to help identify duplicates and incomplete entries
• Contact data is processed entirely on-device
• We never upload or store your contacts on our servers

Secret Space

• Media stored in Secret Space is encrypted and saved locally on your device
• Passcodes are stored securely in the iOS Keychain
• We have no access to your Secret Space content

Gmail Integration (Email Cleaner)

• If you choose to use Email Cleaner, you authorize access to your Gmail account
• Email data is processed to help you identify and clean unwanted emails
• We do not store or read the content of your emails on our servers
• You can revoke access at any time through your Google Account settings

User Rights

• Revoke photo library access in iOS Settings
• Revoke contacts access in iOS Settings
• Revoke Gmail access in your Google Account
• Delete the app to remove all locally stored data
• Request deletion of analytics data by contacting support@eoslabs.co

Third-Party AI Processing (fal.ai)

INKY uses fal.ai, a third-party AI service, to generate manga content. The following data may be sent to fal.ai for processing:

• Character images you upload (photos from your device)
• Text prompts and story descriptions you provide
• Generation parameters (style preferences, panel layouts)

fal.ai processes this data solely to generate your manga content. You can review fal.ai's privacy practices at fal.ai/privacy. By using INKY's AI generation features, you consent to this data being shared with fal.ai for processing.

Character Images

• When you create a character, you may upload photos from your device
• These images are sent to fal.ai for AI processing and stored temporarily on our servers
• Images are used solely to generate your manga content

Generated Content

• Your prompts and generated manga pages are associated with your device
• Generation data is stored on our servers to enable features like restoration across devices

Data Retention

• Uploaded character images: Retained for 30 days after last use, then automatically deleted
• Generated manga pages: Retained until you delete them or for 90 days of inactivity
• You can delete your generations at any time within the app

Content Ownership

User Rights

• Delete individual generations within the app
• Delete all your data by contacting support@eoslabs.co
• Request a copy of your data by contacting support@eoslabs.co
• Restore your generations on a new device using the same iCloud account
